Chichester Cemetery Meeting 11-18-2009

Joanna and Gilbert attended the 2009-2010 budget meeting on Nov. 17th. The $15,000 budget was approved.
Alice Head reported to Joanna that a flag holder was missing from the grave site at Leavitt Cemetery.
A notice will be put in the local papers stating that the drive thru at Leavitt will be closed effective Dec 1st. The walk thru gates will remain open.
The six (6) maintenance agreements bids received were opened and discussed. The contract for 2009-2010 was awarded to Scott Marston.
Next meeting: Dec 16th at 6:00pm at the Fire Station.
